I have enjoyed a successful and varied career in the food industry. After college I attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY; which afforded me the opportunity to cook in professional restaurants and hotels. I then transitioned to a sales career in foodservice distribution with organizations that purveyed center of the plate, white tablecloth products. I am an accomplished butcher, having owned and operated a retail butcher shop. I have proven sales experience in retail, foodservice, club, industrial and B&I channels.
