Martin Marietta: Directed major transformation effort for Finance – Shared Services organization at Martin Marietta on a joint program between Corporate Shared Services and nine regional locations across the US, Canada, and the Bahamas. Effort impacted ~3,000 stakeholders. (nine-month project).
GM Nameplate/Boyd Corporation: Led major ERP implementation at GM Nameplate, the largest business transformation initiative in the company’s 60-year history. Executed a complex mix of planning and implementation steps that successfully deployed a new system across three corporate sites in six months. Assisted executive team in integrating people, systems, and culture following company’s acquisition by Boyd Corporation (two-year project).

Recruited to lead The Boeing Company’s first-ever SAP implementation for Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ Supply Chain Division. Contributed to the growth of HCL’s contract from $2M to $15M annually in year five. Served as people architect for HCL Program Director by supporting the entire team of 350 – 400 HCL consultants (domestic and overseas) working on the SAP project impacting ~3,000 Boeing employees. Led change readiness team including contract, Statement of Work, $3M in operating budget, staffing, and change requests.
Designed and launched overall change readiness strategy for the SAP implementation, a strategy still used by Boeing.
Rated as Distinguished performance by HCL Practice Director (top 1% of all consultants) in three consecutive rating cycles, the first consultant to achieve this accomplishment. IBM 2010 – 2012
MANAGER – BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION
Sought out by IBM to lead a business transformation effort (Oracle Implementation) for IBM’s client Duquesne Light, a 1,600- employee utility company. Led Change Management and Testing Teams to prepare client for implementation of new solution, as well as ongoing support. Included oversight of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) testing and business transformation IBM resources on the team. Managed a $12M operating budget. Conducted all program staffing and contract negotiations.
Designed and launched organizational transformation and change management strategy still in use today by the Duquesne Light Company.
