I have over 30 years of experience, including as a Contractor, as a President/Principal Consultant, as a President/Owner and as a Manager in industries including Electronics, Communications Engineering, Accounting, Research, Industrial Automation Controls, Industrial Maintenance and Related Services, Real Estate and Business Services. I am presently working at Lexmark International, Inc. as a Lab Technician 4. I am being laid off as a part of their 25% Employee Reduction Program. My last day will be February 18th. I started as an employee at Lexmark on February 18th, 2019. I worked at Lexmark as a contractor thru Aerotek from November 2008 until I was hired as a fulltime regular employee in 2019. I work in Fuser Development with Title of Lab Technician 3. I have responsibility for four separate Labs which includes inventory, calibration, safety and purchasing. I test parts that are used in manufacturing a printer. I have improved testing procedures and written Standard Operating Procedure Manuals. Designed and built numerous test fixtures. Repaired test equipment. Operated the following test equipment: Tribometer, Profilometer, Brown & Sharp, Instrom, Gonimeter, Laser Mike, Comparator and numerous other test equipment. Mixed and tested grease. Operated machine shop equipment. I am capable of using all of the Microsoft applications. I work very much un-supervised and I am a self-starter. I work well with all of my Engineers and have received several manager appreciation awards. I hold a Diploma from Lafayette High School and hold a degree in Electronics from Lafayette Vocational Technical School.
