Management training Product Development training Product Development Pattern, Sketch & Workmanship Quality Control System SPC & Traffic Light Basic Knowledge about all kinds of Technical Audit and people trainingskill development from bottom line.

Monitoring development sample. Review the size set & following the buyer fit & pp comments, ensure the BOM & GWS, construction & measurement following the buyer approved Mock up & give the proper solution of each problem. Compare cutting pattern with actual paper pattern as per original shape. Also ensure measurement during pilot run inspection.

Conduct PP meeting with factory all senior production. Perform the first bulk inspection.

Take all responsibility in sampling ensure the fitting with dummy proto, fit, pps & production top sample also before sent to buyer.

Closely monitoring production line checks specially garments construction and any kinds of missing process & styling properly compare with app. Sample. Make the inline inspection to find out the problems from cutting to finishing & give proper solution. Make 2nd in line inspection out of 50% pack gmts & conduct prefinal before final inspection. Followup the Safety.

Audit Arrange the job training and skill develop training for Management, Quality controllers and inspectors install new method to improve the Company Quality level for minimized to defects rate and improve the Cut to Ship achievement level also main focus of my job Good Quality.
