DUTIES INVOLVED

Carry out water test on model 3 cars and repair the failed cars. Remove and replace windshields, roof glass and backlites if necessary. run tests in toolbox and MOS carry out repairs as required.

Supervise the workshop, technicians, allocate jobs to technicians, meet deadlines, prepare quotations, final test drives. Visit customers. On call after hours rescue service, sign off repair orders. Sign orders, and cheques, diagnose faulty vehicles.

Lead Role- train new techs, supervise techs on repairs, guide techs to diagnose on any faults, control on repair wip. Support other departments on repairs where needed.

Lead Semi Tech- appointed first tech to be onsite at Modesto at customers site to support Semi Program.

Train new hire techs as the semi team started growing.

coordinate with customers and Semi team on issues/ failures to push back upstream and fix the faults.

Use Toolbox, Garage, Jira tickets to diagnose semi, faults, report/ record failures by creating new toolbox sessions, create new article for new issues for Engineering and Global Service Research and Development purpose.

Work with semi engineering team to solve new issues or re-designing, root cause of triggered alerts.

Inspect new parts and harness for failures and report, find root causes for failures.

Use service center app to record individual repair notes on customer facing notes and internal notes.

Guide and lead techs on repairs physically after failures on mechanical or high voltage or low voltage.

Support other Semi service centers upon request.

Inspect mega chargers on site and report for failures if any charger fails to charge.
