As a Nutrition Educator (NE), I was responsible for providing nutrition education in the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) department. I helped individuals who are nutritionally at risk and provide recommendations for a diet such as underweight, overweight, low hemoglobin, age-appropriate foods, and offered suggestions for infant formula. I monitored growth charts and worked with primary care providers and dentists for routine monitoring.
