Duties includes:
Designing and offering of the new HVAC Systems, tenders and specifications for the major consultants and government departments for their ongoing projects such as Hotels, Residential High-rise buildings, Schools & college facilities, Hospitals, Aquariums, Swimming Pools and sport arenas, soccer stadiums etc.
Cost and budget estimation of projects.
Selection and designing of proper materials as per the codes and site requirement at the right time of erection/Installation.
Deputation of more than 300 staff at the work sites according to their level of expertise.
Subcontractor’s submittals Review for compliance with consultant’s specifications.
Job Supervision as site superintendents, conducting initial field hiring of all general contractors’ staff and their training.

Tasks to fulfill as government consultant to serve more than 400 large buildings as Sr. HVAC Designing, Execution, smooth Operations and maintenance of the projects of (MOE) Ministry of Education & Culture, Services department, Doha, Qatar.
Directly conducted, Coordinated and performed Public Works.
Executed, inspected, commissioned and maintained over 400 HVACR & MEP projects.
Facilities managed such as Qatar University, Qatar Sport Complex (Khalifa and Al-Wakra Stadiums), Qatar Water Sport Stadium, and American International School with all sports facilities including swimming pools, Doha, State Bank of Qatar, Hamad Hospital, Qatar Foundation and more than 300 schools and colleges were directly under my supervision.
NOTE: - KHARAMAA & MOE Engineering Services Department works under the same codes of practices of “ASHREA”.
MOE Central HVAC department was separated from KAHRAMAA in 1996 and my duties were to establish a new HVACR services department for Ministry of Education and Higher Education Doha, Qatar (MOE).
I have the honor of laying the foundation stone of the HVAC department for MOE Qatar.
