Made regular reports to the drilling superintendent on the progress of the drilling operations. Regularly monitored safety. Overseen the operations of all 58 employees on the rig. Recognized for my efficiency and knowledge of the drilling operations and received a bonus in income earned for saving the company money. The rig had been in one area 6 months up until I arrived and was told in this time “I am going to drill myself out of a job’…that in which I did.
