Creekside Commercial Builders, Inc. (July 2019 – April 2020) Managed multiple tenant improvement projects, including a 5 month – 9 million dollar expedited project for Covered California in Fresno, CA. Managed all costs, RFI’s, submittals, change orders, and chaired the weekly OAC meetings from start to finish. Project Manager:

Gala Construction – Multi-Family Commercial Construction (May 2017-May 2019). Managed Multiple Projects, and traveled from Sacramento to Seattle every week from May 2017 to May 2019, to oversee all Site Civil & Vertical Construction work for new construction of High-End Multi Family Apartment Project. The project consisted of two 5-Story Buildings, valued at 20 million. Construction Manager:

Catalyst Builders – High End Luxury Homes 4000SF-6000SF (January 2015-May 2017). Managed the purchasing, and construction of all projects located in the greater Sacramento region, and Lake Tahoe. Met with clients through the entire design build process. Managed all aspects of the site development and the vertical build of all homes.
