Bill has over 20-years experience in the insurance industry. The most recent 17 years has been exclusively in the analysis of workers’ compensation programs. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and has passed the first actuary exam, which gives him the solid mathematical aptitude to perform complex modeling of workers’ compensation programs.
