I added a second domain controller and split the Flexible Single Master Operation (FSMO) roles between the two domain controllers. I installed and maintained the Anti-Virus solution for the domain. I used best practices to harden all of the Windows domain controllers and application servers. I maintained and updated the VMWare ESXi 6.7 environments. I built and deployed several LINUX servers for the GITLAB-EE and MatterMost applications.
Allegis Corporate Services October 2012 to May 2020
Position: System Engineer
As a senior member of the Identity and Access Management team, I have been involved in many on-going projects that range from rolling out Azure Active Directory (AAD) for the Office 365 implementation and implementing Identity Governance Access through Azure Active Directory for allowing external clients access to an on-premises application. This project involved granting access to connected organizations and training users and administrators in the proper use and administration of the catalogs and the various access packages. I was instrumental in setting up and maintaining the AAD Privileged Identity Management system. We installed Azure AD Password Protections in the cloud and on-premises. I was the leading engineer in the company-wide domain controller reduction project.
Some of the older projects have been rolling out PowerBroker, so that users could install software on their laptops without having administrator right, to de-activating The Identity Lifecycle Manager (ILM) in the external Active Directory domain, to upgrading Forefront identity Manager 2010 (FIM) to Forefront identity Manager 2010 R2 to defining a new global Active Directory structure and to updating the corporate Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) from Windows 2008 to Windows 2016 R2.
