PROJECTS
Characterization of Titanium Alloy Manufactured by EBM involving NeuBeam Technology
The project was in collaboration with a company Wayland Additive Limited, Huddersfield for the MSc Thesis, which involved the production of DoE cubes by EBM technology, a metal Additive Manufacturing method and followed by analysis of the quality of the printed cubes to characterize the efficiency of the method and printer for Titanium Ti64.
Computational Analysis and Validation of Friction Stir Welding (FSW) using Bobbin Tool
The project was done as part of academic project for bachelor’s degree which involved the analysis of the FSW welding process computationally using the Abaqus software and the results were verified across the manual process for Aluminum Alloy AA6061 T6 using the bobbin tool.
