As a Shift leader I was in charge while there was no manager in the store. I opened the store and was in charge giving everyone their breaks while i took on their jobs. Cooking while the cook was on break and busting tables and doing the dishes while the buster was out. Helping out the front counter and picking up the slake where ever it was needed. Restocking the shelves in the market when necessary. being in charge of all customer complaints and fixing all the problems to make sure the cutovers left happy.

Greeting guest and making them feel comfortable. Learning all the menu items and being able to describe them appropriately to the guest. Taking beverage and food orders, making sure the orders were right, and delivering them in a timely order. Checking in with the guest to ensure that everything was going soon. Clearing dirty dishes from take, refilling beverages throughout the meal. Deliver guest's bill and thanking them for dining at the restaurant. All while working side by side the other servers and being a team player by helping each other out when needed.
As a Barista my job is the greet all customers. I am responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages. using and cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment.
