RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor staff functions and procedural compliance.

Deliver properly and accurate handover report of operational issues during shift.

Ensure that all safety requirements are met.

Conduct review of process and procedures for improvement of service delivery.

Inventory monitoring.

Monitoring shift report.

Tracking the consignment.

Preparing CDR report for irregularities and discrepancies.

Ensure that cargo is properly located and updated in the system.

Ensure effective implementation of service quality standards and cargo handling operational procedures with jurisdiction.
