Senior Consultant in Contract and Contract administration for different companies in Colombia, responsible of Contractual Analysis and develop of various claims for different projects in Colombia.

Geocean Entrepose Peru. (August 2018 – October 2019) Contract Manager- responsible for the Contracting, Claims and Contract Administration of the EPC Project of construction of submarine lines and mounting of the monoboya for the project RLP-35 "new terminal T4 and improvements in terminals T1 T2 and T3" in Pampilla Refinery s.a.a., at Autopista a Ventanilla Km. 25, Puerto El Callao near Lima, with a budget of $36.6 million. In charge of managing:

Establishing project budgets, analyzing commercial estimates and developing work

Breakdown structures

Risk/opportunity analysis and quantification of potential and actual changes in scope

Preparation of monthly cost and project status reports with deviation analysis 2

(June 2015 – October 2016) Contract Manager- responsible for the Contract Administration and claims of the EPC Project Water Supply Escondida, located on the second (II) Region of Chile, for Minera Escondida Limitada (the world's largest copper mine), Escondida Water Supply EWS Project BHP-Billiton and Bechtel. One of the largest desalination plants in the world consists of facilities, pumping stations, pipeline, via 230KV HV transmission line and HV substation work to move water from Coloso Port to the Escondida Mine at 3200 MASL. SOW: Intake/Outfall Structure on land, Seawater Pump Station and Intake Screens structure on land, Intake Tunnels (two) from Intake/Outfall Structure to Seawater Intake Structures (two), including connections to them, Seawater Intake Structures (two) in the sea, Outfall Tunnel (one) from Intake/Outfall Structure to Outfall Diffusers

(two) and connections to them, Outfall Diffusers (one), Connection pipes between Intake/Outfall Structure and Seawater Pump Station & Intake Screens structure (two). In charge of managing:

(December 2013 – May 2015) Contract Administration Manager- responsible for the Contract Administration and claims of the EPC Puerto Bahia Project in Colombia which consist in the development of the facility for operations of receipt, storage and dispatch of hydrocarbon liquid and dry products in general, with a budget of $250 million. In charge of managing:

(August 2009- December 2010) Contract Administrator And logistic Manager– responsible for project Contract Administration and field logistic for the centralized production facility 2 (CPF-2) of Campo Rubiales, Colombia. $1.2 billion project for the crude treatment of 140,000 BOPD produced by the Ecopetrol and Meta Petroleum partnership of the Campo Rubiales in Pirri. Duties included review of plans, schedules, cost reports, progress curves, and approval of invoices and reporting of progress to the Meta management in Colombia. 4
