Serve as contact for client problem resolution and perform maintenance for c rrent clients regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other products and services. Ensure high level of client service by performing basic client service mainten ce such as account reconciliation, address changes, stop payments, account closings, tr sfers, and processing check orders.

Continue to stay educated of all changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current guidelines.

Oversee day to day transactions of at least 3 tellers/senior tellers in a high qu lity manner so as to provide superior client service with minimal service problems. Ensure staff is supportive of sales efforts and that referrals to branch personn 1 are seen as a part of quality client service.
