I Shift In-charge (DCS Engineer) Presently I am working in Utkal Alumina International Limited, Tikiri, Doriguda which is an unit of (Aditya Birla Group). Continuing as an In-charge of DCS Controls in Calcination Area and overall Process of Production ofAlumina Powder and Hydrate Handling in this Company. I have hands on experience of achieving proficiency in plant operation and design various plant equipments and can analyze the quality of the product. Working as an Engineer in Calcination Area and Responsible for safety and statutory compliances, reporting to Manager, manpower management, maintaining shift wise report and register etc. I control all parameters such as pressure, temperature, Fuel oil flow, Slurry flow, Fuel oil pressure, Feed Bin level, Draft, ID fan speed etc.

National Aluminum Company Ltd. - NALCO I Apprentice Trainee- Chemical Engineer I joined NALCO as a Trainee engineer in R&D Department. Also I was involved in Analysis of Quality parameters such as soda, solid GPL, RP using various analytical instruments and also actively involved in various R&D studies related to soda loss control, Sodic condensate purification etc.

Start-up operation and safe shutdown of calciner.

Maintain of shift logbook.

Line-up of heat exchangers, steam lines and condensate line .

Total productive maintenance of rotary equipments.

5s of workplace

Taking sample of alumina,hydrate, mother liquor, strong liquor, weak liquor.

Safely hand over of equipments to maintenance.

Piping and instrument diagram ( P&ID) tracing .

Testing of hazardous gases level by gas detector at the location of work.

Operating of ESP, rotary lock, FBC, venture meter, weigh feeder, screw charger.

Always alert for emergency situation .
