STRETCH ZONE: SOUTH SUMMERLIN

October 2022 –March 2023

I most recently served as the General Manager for a practitioner assisted stretching studio. We stretch professional athletes, everyday people and even those who had undergone knee and hip replacements, including those attending PT for spinal fusions. My responsibilities include interviewing, staffing, scheduling, and over- seeing the actions of an 8-person team. I also author daily reports, stretch clients, schedule clients, take payments, run weekly staff meetings, manifest and direct weekly events, train team members, update time clocks, and create marketing campaigns and flyers and most importantly I was the main stretch demonstration and sales lead.

As an esthetician I provided services from custom facials, microdermabrasion and dermaplaning, to waxing and foot treatments. My client satisfaction rated high with a positive retention rating. Last fall I completed my medical esthetic license. This education provided me with training in chemical peels, micro needling, fibroblast, tattoo removal, scar camouflage and additional services providing a broader range of professional skills.

Fayecial Aesthetics is a business I owned and operated, in Arizona. I developed a love for makeup and continued my education with other professionals and through online studies. I have provided services for pageants, runways, hair and fashion shows, theater, photography and film. I have operated under direction and led teams as well. After my beginnings in hair and makeup, I went on to my esthetics license and advanced my services into those areas as well, providing private custom facials, waxing services, ombre eyebrow services and other treatments inside of the esthetics scope of practice.

I worked for L.C.S. as a receptionist, office manager and marketing director. I was a part-time employee whose responsibilities quickly developed into a full-time position. These responsibilities included ordering supplies, maintaining a staff of 6, monthly newsletters, radio ads, and promotional ideas. Customer service was a must, and one of my strong suits, used daily while checking clients in, taking payments and scheduling.
