•1jalapenopepper,sliced(optional)

•Saltandpeppertotaste

Instructions

Preheatyourovento350 F.

Heatalargeskilletovermedium-highheat.Addthesteakandseasonwithsaltandpepper. Cookfor2-3minutesoneachside,oruntilbrownedandcookedtoyourdesireddoneness. Removefromtheheatandletitrestforafewminutesbeforeslicingintothinstrips. Placethetortillasonacleansurface.AddalayerofFrenchfriestoeachtortilla,followedbya layerofslicedsteak.

Topthesteakwithshreddedcheddarcheese,sourcream,guacamole,cilantro,tomatoes,red onion,andjalapenoslices(fusing).

Rolluptheburritosbyfoldinginthesidesandthenrollingthemupfromthebottom. Placetheburritosonabakingsheetandbakefor10-15minutes,oruntilthecheeseismelted andtheburritosareheatedthrough.
