Transformation Operations Leader of: Architecture / Government Mandates & Grants / PMO Lead and built a foundational collaborative set of teams consisting of internal and external resources with intent to address awarded government grants, mandates, and disparate KPI data reporting due to acquisitions.

• As Operational PMO lead, we were able to create and segment out separate plans that would eventually converge together based on all four vertical team’s execution relating to FCC Huawei Rip and Replace mandate representing over 7k pieces of gear.

• As Operation PMO lead, I was able to partner with Engineering and Legal to outline a plan related to a 5g fixed wireless deployment that would allow us to become compliant associated with a CAFII grant worth multi-Millions.

IT Leader of: Architecture / DevSecOps Wireless Fraud & Cyber / PMO (2016-2023) Secured company infrastructure by leading effective teams to implement, upgrade, and administer tools and resources to resolve a large identity fraud problem forecasting at almost a billion a year if not addressed.

• As IT leader, we collectively defined architecture standards utilizing existing capabilities across a disparate technology stack to identify bad actors attempting fraudulent behavior against the company & our consumers.
