•QUALIFICATIONS:

•Full knowledge of all phases of shop floor coordination, involving inventory and materials control, purchase expediting, receiving, part correctness auditing, work plan scheduling, process control, work order administration, engineering/systems liaison and throughput status monitoring.

•Full knowledge of part-requirement compilation, serialization, kiting, tracking, component assembly routing and zero unit status reporting with proven strength at recommending achievable/permanent solutions to improve productivity, increase quality and lower costs.

•Full knowledge of SAP,ERP and MES methods, manufacturing floor controls, work order preparation and release; utilizes a high degree of proactive involvement with respect to interdepartmental coordination (engineering, quality control, manufacturing, accounting, sales, shipping), new procedure integration, problem assessment and corrective action recommendation.

•Full knowledge of ensuring design drawings are indeed producible and the tooling, machining and or specialized processing for the repeatability of manufacturing and or assembly of said components.

•Full Knowledge of Assembly, Fabrication of Test Bench and or Test Assets in accordance with engineering/Flight requirements.

Sr. Principal Test Conductor / Sr. Principal Engr. Mfg.

Develops/prepares overall tools and operations planning breakdown used to control the start-to-finish manufacture of contracted programs, modular sections, internal systems or specialized major components involving wing sections, fuselage sections, machined parts, bonded assemblies, test/software requirements

Investigates and assesses engineering, tooling, production scheduling, materials and related data to originate and refine fabrication/assembly and test processes in terms of practicability, product production, completeness and inter-component relationship.

Receives and analyzes engineering statements of work and vendor coordination reports. Interacts with internal engineers, off-site bases, vendor subcontractors and customers to identify and resolve tooling and planning problems.

Drafts and approves first article charts. Reviews tool and operations planning to determine manufacturing impact related to Company’s Production Change Board, Configuration Review Board and Change Commitment Board requirements.

Instructs team members on complex issue closure, Issues work order assignments to team members to ensure schedule completion dates are meet.

Facilitation of the manufacturing of all Hot Benches “Test Aircraft” for HALE including but not limited to the assigned lead of the design team, technicians and test directors.

Testing of Fight Critical Integrated Mission Management Computer, For New and Non-Conforming units returned from our current customers.

Has participated proactively in systems, structures and electrical planning utilized by the Company’s F/A-18, Boeing 747, Air Force B2 stealth bomber, Global Hawk assembly- subassembly line operations including flight test and all modifications at EAFB.

Entered Company as Tool & Operations Planner.
