JOB DESCRIPTION

Creating a stable base on the ground, placing scaffolding poles, attaching tubes to them, laying planks across scaffolding, fixing safety nets, and taking down scaffolding when work is complete Scaffolders put up scaffolding that allows other workers to reach the higher levels of buildings during construction, cleaning, and renovation projects. You might also use scaffolding methods to put up temporary spectator stands, stages, or gantries at public events. Welders' job duties often involve working on or near scaffolding, as they may need to weld metal components in high or hard-to-reach areas. Safety is a top priority when working with scaffolding, and scaffold workers must follow strict guidelines to ensure the safety of themselves and others. My responsibilities include determining job requirements, planning and configuring scaffolding, constructing platforms and safety measures, dismantling and removing on completion, checking or assessing, carrying out tasks within agreed time limits, maintaining accurate records and documentation, reporting problems to the line manager, and adhering to all organizational policies and procedures.
