Responsible for daily operations – generated repair orders, worked with technicians to determine customer issues with vehicles. Presented quotes to customers, extended warranties, and insurance companies to obtain approval for work. After work was completed, secured payment from responsible parties. Responsible for store parts inventory. Prepared daily, weekly, monthly reporting to owners. Suffered severe staph infection in early March which resulted in leg amputation and monthly rehabilitation. I communicated my status with daily updates to the District Manager at Midas. I received no communication from them after March 16. I received a temporary prosthetic on May 1 and started working for myself on May 3, since I had not received any kind of response from them regarding continuing my employment.

Dealer ship was sold to Springfield Imports where I continued as Parts Manager. Help to decrease emergency parts orders by increasing the off the shelf fill rate by increasing the parts breadth. This also increased our Parts Performance Bonus which generated and additional $14K per quarter in parts gross. Dealership was sold to the Napleton Group.
