Team Lead for local contractor team and three off-site teams of COOP Planners supporting the US Army Aviation Missile Command (AMCOM) COOP Program. Responsible for supporting AMCOM in the management, development, and maintenance of the Command’s COOP Program. Prepared and coordinated a Command Tabletop Exercise (TTX) that exercised AMCOM’s COOP Plan. Also worked on business strategies for the proposed Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) funding that was later awarded during FY03. Began the development and initiation of a Command COOP Program and developed COOP training sessions for government and contractor employees.
