Proven ability to perform a wide range of Engine Assembly and Disassembly tasks with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

●Engine Disassembly: Meticulously assembly & disassembly of modules and sub-modules of various jet engines (WP-6, WP-7, WP-13, RD-93, CF6-50C2, RB211, CFM56) following technical manuals.

●Engine Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections using borescopes and other tools to identify wear, damage, or defects.

●Metal Fabrication (as needed): Utilize metal fabrication skills to repair or replace minor engine components.

●Modifications Management: Manage modifications and ensure proper lockwire procedures after disassembly.

Engine Maintenance & Repair:

●Component Removal & Installation: Skilled at removing and installing various engine components, avionics harnesses, plugs, with life mismatch and cannibalization procedures.

●Engine Component Repair: Repair and replace engine components as needed, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.

●HPC & Bearing Housing Assembly: Experienced in building up HPC, central driving device and bearing housing assemblies.

●Engine Component Installation: Install components like combustion chambers, flame tubes, nozzles, igniters, etc., following technical procedures.

●Engine Balancing: Utilize force testers to ensure proper coupling and balance of HPT and HPC sections.

●Transmission Assembly: Perform transmission assembly and ensure free rotation of the fan.

●Engine System Installation: Install fuel manifolds, solenoid valves, and other engine systems according to specifications.

Engine Overhaul (Final Assembly):

●Daily Assembly Tasks: Maintain daily production cycle tasks for engine modules assembly, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Engine Testing Preparation:

●Engine Testing Preparation: Prepare engines for testing after final assembly, ensuring all components are properly installed and operational.

●Engine Run-ups: Conduct engine run-ups while adhering to all regulations and documentation requirements.

Safety & Quality Assurance:

●Committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

●Conducted all work in accordance with company policies, health and safety procedures, quality procedures, manufacturer and customer specifications, and industry regulations.

●Raised Non-conformance reports as necessary.
