Remediation, Risk Assessment and EHS audit Projects: Remediation Experiences:
Safety Products Plant Arsenic Remediation Project (USA): Responsible for the design and implementation of the assessment and the remediation system to S/S and enclosure one of the largest arsenic contaminated site in North America. Responsible for all aspects of the project from technical analysis to field investigation to reporting and decontamination. Controlled and managed the environmental engineering budget which was over 11 million US dollars.
Suzhou Dongsheng Chromium Contaminated Site Remediation Project (P. R. China): Responsible for the design and implementation of the site investigation and the remediation system to clean up, S/S and enclosure. Site Manage the project from the start to the site closure.
SNOOC Oversea (middle-east and east African) oil field environment management plans: Evaluate the wastes (mainly oil muddy and mineral rocks from 1000 m below the ground) characters, design the waste management approaches, plan the site wastes (including hazardous wastes) management flow procedures and propose the relating implementing devices and equipment concerning bio-treatment, S/S and land fill.
Hangzhou POPs Site PM and Consulting Project (P. R. China): Provide consulting services to local agencies on the POPs site investigation and remediation strategies. According to the requirements from the agencies to provide the evaluations, comments and suggestion on the on-going POPs treatment system. Evaluate the site remediation effects and afterwards effects.
Chloride Hydro-carbon Compounds (CHC) Site Remediation Project (P. R. China—the largest in-stiu remediation project in China until now): Act as owner engineer, responsible for the whole site remediation management and coordination. Provide consulting to the client on the site status, remediation progress and etc. Evaluate the remediation effects and propose the improvement approaches.
Site cyanide contamination investigation and remediation plan preparing (P. R. China): Responsible for the cyanide site investigation on soil/groundwater, indoor vapor intrusion evaluation and prepare a comprehensive cyanide clean up plan.
Shell Oil Gas Station Site Investigation and Remediation (P. R. China): cyanide Responsible for the design and implementation of the site investigation and the remediation system to clean up and closure. Design the first mobile remediation system for oil/gas clean up and implement on the site over 6 years in China.
Guangzhou Confidential Electronic Manufacture Company TPH Contamination Remediation Project (P. R. China): Responsible for the design and implementation of the assessment and the remediation system to abate the TPH contaminated site in Guangdong Province. Responsible for all aspects of the project from technical analysis to field investigation to reporting and decontamination.
International Oil and Gas Company Marshall & Nile Terminals Petroleum Products Remediation Project (USA): Responsible for the design, implementation and operation management of the remediation system to control of petroleum contaminated site in Michigan Area.
