● Oversee all financials and operations for multiple offices; mentoring staff with business processes and by providing accounting guidance during month-end close review of financials with the Head of Accounting in each of the market centers under same ownership.

● Responsible for budget performance trending, monitoring income/expense allocation, account reconciliations, and providing written and verbal insight on the market centers’ financial performance and projection to the Leadership Team and Owner.

● Established payroll system for 8+ employees using initially ADP and later Paychex online tools, managing company insurance benefits program, 401k plan and time card system to ensuring efficiency of the process and compliance with all state and federal labor rules

● In 2023, participated in the acquisition of a rival real estate firm, providing financial analysis for investors of post-merger financial opportunities and advised on agent retention strategies for the 170 licensed real estate agents being acquired to facilitate a successful transition and subsequent financial integration of the new 325 agent firm.

● Properly reflect the financial positions of the real estate market centers with an analytical, process and data driven approach; linking operational analysis to financial statements and to identify success factors.

● Conduct internal audit of systems for training and productivity improvements while ensuring internal controls are operating effectively.

● Provide analysis of our group’s 5 market center’s performance relative to the region’s full complement of 18 offices utilizing excel to create stunning visualizations for our ownership and investor groups

● Establish compliance, implementation of new technology and education programs, including the selection and management of vendors and insurance.
