I worked in Castings, the beginning of the line making cars, I started out at Production floor working varies jobs from working in the castings, i would stand at the die machines, inspecting the front under body of car, using lift to put on the racks, i would be on the ignitions putting in the defects and depending on damage we would either scrap them out or pass them to the racks, I would work at Plasma next door to Castings, Plasma would cut the access off and we would again inspect the car for one last push to BIW, And there the process would start the making of the car. Then i was in another role, repair tech/ quality tech, I would walk around randomly checking for any defects that may of been missed, I would do repairs, not much.. i would do a pass down after my shift ended meaning i would let the next shift know basically where i left off, and what was going on during the day of defects, things to watch out for. I printed out quality alerts deviations and acknowledged the team to watch out for. I would sometimes jump on fork lift and help out team to rid of scrapes, take to scrap yard. I was forklift certified. i didn't do to much of that, we had certified fork lift drivers but, just incase i would jump on one. and that's bascially my job at Tesla giga Texas.

I would get a Lot of 25 wafers, put them through the assigning tool making sure they processed take them out and send them on to the next processing stage. Sometimes I would run a cart of Lots to other departments.

I worked in various stations, working with Lots of wafers. The lots would be assigned to the area I would take the lots and run them though tools, tools that would clean and scrub the wafers, take them out the tool send them off to the next station. If the tools needed to be cleaned for particle change then I would process a qual for particle damage, run it though the tool and measure the wafer if it was particle free, if okay then i would continue loading lots onto the tool.
