Bank and Other Tender Payment Integration (May 2023 – November 2023)
This integration project aims to automate the bank payment processing within the company. This will lessen the efforts made by the business users to perform the clearing of open account receivables against receipts and clearing of receipts against bank payment transactions. This will also standardize the bank payment process of both Department Store and Retail Affiliates of SM Retail Inc.
MDM Integration using SAP Cloud Integration (Aug 2022 - Apr 2023)
I am acting as the integration lead architect and as well as developer of this huge MDM integration project using SAP Cloud Integration. We are using TIBCO as our MDM solution and we need to integrate all Master Data Groups from Product, Production, Vendor, Customer and etc. I have designed and develop complex integration patterns for different MDM business requirements.
SuccessFactors Integration with SAP Concur (Feb 2022 – Apr 2022)
The integration requirement is to integrate SuccessFactors with SAP Concur for Employee Data synchronization. SuccessFactors serves as the source of truth for all employee data objects. I have developed 2 integration flows for this requirement. First is for the employee full master data sync while the second is for the delta run or changes made to employees or new hires. For the first integration flow, SAP CPI triggers the API call at once to retrieve the employees in SuccessFactors which are in scope. While the other integration flow was scheduled to run every day to retrieve recent updated employees or new hires. SAP Concur Integration (Jan 2022 – Mar 2022)
The integration requirement is to integrate SAP Concur with SAP ECC via SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) for Financial Postings. Expense Claims created and approved in SAP Concur will be retrieved by SAP CPI via API call. SAP CPI will process these claims and send it to SAP ECC via OData API. SAP CPI is responsible for the transformation of the expense reports to the defined OData structure. Once the reports reach SAP ECC, an acknowledgment message will be triggered to SAP CPI from SAP ECC. Then, SAP CPI will send this acknowledgment back to SAP Concur to remove the report in the process queue. Once the report is processed in SAP ECC, SAP ECC will trigger back the confirmation with the document status and details back to SAP CPI. SAP CPI will then push this information to SAP Concur.
3rd Party Digging Management System Integration (Oct 2021 – Dec 2021)

Party Digging Management System (3DMS) is a client's native application to manage and document reports related to the digging activities. The integration requirement is to integrate Call Before You Dig (CBYD) application with 3DMS to synchronize all digging activities. If there are complaint reports out from those digging activities, this will trigger a message request which will be sent out to Mobility Linear Management system
(MLAM) to create the equivalent Service Request which is based on the report id created in 3DMS. We have utilized SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) to achieve the integration requirement.
mySSC to SAP BW Integration (Sep 2021 – Oct 2021)
mySSC application is a client's native Self-Service Portal for their organization. The portal serves as a ticketing tool and knowledge repository. Employees can raise tickets for their issues and work orders for their service requests. The integration requirement is to integrate mySSC application to SAP BW (Business Warehouse) where all tickets and work orders created in mySSC will synchronizeand be sent to SAP BW. We have utilized SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) to achieve the integration requirement. SuccessFactors Integration (Jun 2021 – Aug 2021)
Integrated SuccessFactors with SAP ECC using SAP CPI. This interface updates employees’ username, email address and contact numbers. Updated employee details are synchronized in SAP ECC and then a daily job triggers the employee synchronization between SAP ECC and SuccessFactors which is being picked and processed by SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Avalara Integration (Feb 2021 – Apr 2021)
Integrated SAP ECC with Avalara using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Avalara software is used for automated tax compliance. In our business requirement, VAT reports from different entities are generated in SAP ECC and then these VAT reports are pushed to SAP PI and SAP PI pushes these files to SAP CPI and SAP CPI uploads these files to Avalara. Utilized hybrid approach for this integration.
SAP Ariba Integration (Aug 2019 – May 2020)
Integrated SAP ECC with SAP Ariba Procurement using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway for Dialog’s Procure-to-Order, Goods Receipt and Invoicing process. Master data are coming from SAP ECC and these are synchronized to SAP Ariba. Purchase Requisitions are raised in SAP Ariba Buying and these documents are sent out to SAP ECC which creates a corresponding purchase order upon successful posting. SAP Concur Integration (Oct 2019 – Nov 2020)
Integrated SAP ECC with SAP Concur using Native Integration for Dialog’s Travel Request and Expense Claim. Master data are coming from SAP ECC and these are synchronized using SAP PI to Concur’ s SFTP server via (csv file). Expense claim transactions are sent out to SAP ECC directly via API as part of Concur’ s addon.
Silego’s Financial Integration (Apr 2018 – Jun 2018)
Silego is a newly acquired company by Dialog. The project aims to transfer all financial documents such as customer payments, payments to vendors, banking, general ledger transactions, fixed assets, consolidation and indirect purchasing to Dialog’s SAP ECC. Shipping Automation Process (Apr 2018 – Sep 2019)
The project aims to automate the Shipping Process of Dialog to all its Subcon/Partners by sending Delivery Notice to their subcons/partners automatically via B2B from SAP ECC.
Master Data Replication To CASQ-IT (Jan 2018 – Mar 2018)
