Managed Critical Cloud migration(Kohl's) testing project which targeted to reduce the Annual Rate of maintaining mainframe systems from $11.9M to $ 4.5M. Led and guided a team of 12 in various geographical locations to prepare test cases to cover 1100+ scenarios for several Mainframe components testing. Designed and executed test strategies and best practices for 4 major releases per year, improving product quality by 30%.
Automate regression test cases using the Selenium web driver and review the script designed by Team members to reduce the total test time frame time by 20%.
