• Inspection of Project Site, Plant & Corporate Facilities on a regular basis to identify and eliminate any unsafe acts/unsafe conditions.
• Monitoring & Ensuring all activities are being carried out under the recommended methodology of EHS Dept., Proper supervision & with adherence to all relevant standards.
• Conducting EHS/OHS Training for Corporate & Workforce on a scheduled basis to spread awareness & implement zero harm.
• Ensuring Trainings on work related health & hygiene awareness, Site Safety Protocols, Industrial Standards, Incident Awareness .
• Ensuring immediate response to any incident/near miss/DO at workplace.
• Auditing Plant & Site's Fire Fighting Systems, Electrical Safety Measures, Emergency Preparedness Measures & Tracking S.O.T Closure.
• Completing Monthly / weekly / Daily Inspections & ensuring required standards are met, i.e. Fire Extinguisher, Vehicle & Heavy machinery, Power Tools, Office, Workmen Habitat etc.,
• Conducting Weekly Review Meeting & Monthly Committee Meeting with the Top Management including Observations, New Implementations & Requirements.
