Owner / Operator of a general construction business for property development. Own and operate John Deere and Case skid steer equipment. Design and construct metal pipe fencing for ranches and farms. Provide drainage solutions in new and existing developments (commercial and residential). Oversee a staff of between 10 and 14 people providing the services associated with PJ’s.

Results included:

1. Constructed over 75% of the metal pipe fencing in a large housing / ranching neighborhood (over 200 homes in this neighborhood).

2. Designed and constructed ponds and livestock tanks for both recreation and ranching purposes.

3. Constructed a number of large parking lots (2+ acres) for commercial businesses.
