ZYNOBIA MURRAY: CONFLICT OF INTEREST WAIVER

We (ELMAN JOSEPH LAW GROUP, LLC) currently represent you in a personal injury case with an auto accident of 9/7/2023 and against Daouda Kourouma. We also represent Daouda Kourouma

(file referred by Disparti Law Group as co-counsel) in a personal injury case arising out of a 4/24/2023 and 4/26/2023 accidents that do not involve you.

Despite any conflict of interest, I agree to allow Elman Joseph Law Group, LLC to continue to represent me in this personal injury case of 9/7/2023. I understand that I have a right to hire a different attorney to represent me in this claim and/or pursue a claim/lawsuit arising out of my 9/7/2023 accident. After reading and understanding the above and discussing this issues with Anthony Elman on the phone on 5/20/2024, I waive any conflict of interest in this matter with regard to representation by Elman Joseph Law Group on my 9/7/2023 accident case.
