In my experience as a nursing assistant student for completion of training as a certified nursing assistant, I assisted patients in eating, incontinence care, bathing, walking, dressing, and transporting to a wheelchair. I worked under the supervision of a nursing assistant and have hands-on experience with long-term and short-term care. I completed a total of 42 hours.

In my experience as a volunteer in the Emergency Department, I was able to assist nurses in delivering patients’ samples to the laboratory, restocking medical supplies, and cleaning discharged patient rooms. I completed a total of 32 hours.
