ACTIVITIES
I am a very avid outdoorswoman who volunteers quite a bit of my free time to multiple organizations. Every summer since high school I have volunteered to be a counselor at Camp Rainman of NWLA, which is a three-day camp at Clara Springs Baptist Encampment dedicated to respite care for the families of those on the autistic spectrum.
I also donate my time to two organizations close to my heart. I am a Louisiana Chapter Member of American Daughters of Conservation since 2021. We are dedicated to wildlife conservation while inspiring other women to pursue and love the outdoors. My focus has been wood duck habitats and turkey poult populations, with a focus in trapping their natural predators.
Last but not least important is my work with Her Upland. The motto is similar to ADC’s, but we focus on upland bird populations, bird dog training, and getting women into the upland game sport with wing shooting clinics, bird classes, and even art classes to repurpose the beautiful feathers we acquire during our hobby.
