Water management systems to process and neutralize liquid solutions, ranging from agricultural waste through industrial food production systems.

• Developed processing solutions to neutralize and separate a variety of influents applicable to industries ranging from livestock waste through industrial food production and water purification for golf courses, and municipalities.

• Created monitoring and chemical injection system to automate influent and in-process metering solution, reducing hands-on system management requirements, and further optimizing output levels.

• Worked with University of Nebraska - Lincoln to create testing and confirmation procedures, as well as grad student and internship programs to integrate UNL Water Lab participation.

• Spoke at Ag Industry conferences describing significant improvements to current livestock waste processes allowing for specialized separation of key, valuable nutrients (potassium, phosphorus and nitrogen) allowing for reapplication to row-crops while also reducing waste byproducts that are traditionally reapplied to the fields. Torus Techworks, Inc. – Arizona Energy Partners, LLC (April 2018 – Present) Torus Techworks and Arizona Energy Partners (AEP) are the parent companies for a collection of subsidiaries based in the mining and oil & gas industries. AEP is focused on helium mining and production in the Holbrook Basin, while Torus Techworks holds the technology entities to support the mining, oil and gas, and helium operations.

• Lead the establishment Torus TechWorks portfolio holding company for management of technologies supporting AEP’s mining, land management, helium and natural gas processing, mineral mining, solar energy, and other technology investment portfolios.

• Established financial planning standards including budgetary forecasting and tracking throughout mining project timelines and allowing for improved investor communications and significant fiscal improvements.

• Stabilized core computing infrastructure by standardizing key components on top-tier hardware solutions to allow for further optimization of technology and business requirements while providing 99.95% scheduled uptime.

• Implemented technology solution that integrated and automated business processes to identify overspending, standardize sales allowances and optimize revenue opportunities advancing per-unit profitability from 4.8% to 30% in 24 months.

Davis Homes, Inc. (March 2001 to June 2003)

Regional production homebuilder based in Indianapolis, Indiana, limited by manual design, estimating, construction and accounting processes. Through implementation of a new homebuilder management system (ERP), production numbers rose from 380 units per year to more than 1,400.

• Initially hired as Chief Information Officer to standardize existing technology portfolio. Managed the implementation of a critical-path reporting assessment that expanded into a full-on homebuilder management system implementation, reducing costs and cycle time to increase overall corporate profitability 184%.

• Promoted to Chief Operations Officer to include the management of estimating, drafting, and purchasing departments for the homebuilding operation as well as internal corporate operations, human resources, and information technology.

• Optimized panelized construction plant with tighter integration and communication to the drafting and design department reducing cycle time by 22%.

Director, Application Development

MDC Holdings, Inc. (Richmond American Homes) (November 1998 to March 2001) Top-ten national homebuilder, based in Denver, Colorado. Primary focus on modernizing existing legacy system, extending functional capabilities and expanding available development resources.

• Managed a 36-person department responsible for all software development and customization of both Client/Server and AS/400 applications.

• Developed homebuilder management system by defining and standardizing best-case processes developed through intense and custom engagement with all homebuilding departments.

• Authored and co-implemented MDC’s first Information Technology Strategic Business Plan that defined a reorganization of IT resources, providing a more focused and effective business unit that enabled faster application development and lower costs for PC administration. EDUCATION
