Provide leadership and manage multiple transformative initiatives and footprint optimization courses of action across the AT&T broadband and wire-line distribution network, including four regionally owned distribution centers, forward logistics processes, systems, materials, and a third-party vendor network.

Work to capture, organize, prioritize, and coordinate updates for all strategic projects for the broadband Supply Chain Director team.

Develop programs to invoice and manage multiple agreements in support of video services transformation and separation from traditional broadband services.

Complete multiple fiscal impact analysis and cost per unit views used to manage invoicing and contract management.

Execute carrier service logic changes to a direct fulfillment process to reduce 1-2 day service levels, increase cheaper ground shipments while maintain on time delivery for our customers. On track to save $3.5M annually.

Managing a multi-year transformative project to modernize 3 regionally owned distribution centers: including industrial and architectural engineering analysis, recommendations for consolidation, automation, and other operational efficiencies.

Working on a centralization and distribution strategy for national keep levels of on hand network inventory; and modeling an outsourcing solution for fiber cable cutting operations to reduce AT&T real estate and maintenance expense.
