I worked on the line as a sub maker and on the slicer slicing meats and cleaning up as I go whipping everything down I also would prep and cut lettuce and meats for Italian subs we have a flat top grill witch I also have experience on cooking Philly cheese steaks chicken burgers ect ect at the end of the night I would lift the floor racks up sweep mop and clean all grills slicers and clean the line and low boys wrapped up all veggies and meats at the end of the night store into the walk-in.

I food ran learned the whole menu really good. Some days I would have to run the line my self. I also was a busser I would clean table fast quickly and properly bring back heavy buss pan fill chips and sweep clean bathroom make sure there’s soap
