Collected data and documented information for the order fulfilment processes at the Subway store located on the University of Miami campus. Analyzed data using Continuous, Snap Back, and Work Sampling methods. The project aimed to extract worker/manager/cashier use of scheduled times and how the restaurant was operated based off what workers chose to do while documenting their specific actions over a time horizon. SMART TEMPLATE CREATION FOR THE INDUSTRIAL ASSESSMENT CENTER (2022 – 2024) Smart Templates were developed to aid report writing at the University of Miami Industrial Assessment Center’s lab, focusing on Solar Panels. These templates streamline the process by importing rates from the PVWatts® Calculator website, eliminating manual data entry. The Excel sheet automates data input and pre-calculations for energy generation and recommended solar panel installations, displaying a payback period. Lab members input their numbers into the Excel sheet, which are then automatically integrated into the Word document containing the assessment report, facilitating the reporting process.

LEAD ASSESSMENTS FOR THE INDUSTRIAL ASSESSMENT CENTER (2023) Participated in a leadership role in an assessment by setting up equipment and planning for the trip prior to the assessment. Team members are assigned to analyze all equipment in the building, then the findings and information of issues that are bottlenecking the business within the building are taken to the lab. In the end, by doing this for the lab as well as leading more than 7 assessments, a Department of Energy Certificate is earned.
