I started off by converting all 532 customers using our electronic MARs and TARs to our revamped and the new and improved version called Orders Administration
My normal day to day responsibilities were first and foremost to make sure the customer was taken care of
I took support calls anywhere that fit into the clinical/nursing areas, I also did some billing support calls
I moved up and dealt with our largest customer and trained their staff on two different clinical modules we offer, which entailed several nursing homes. I also did clinical trainings for other customers as needed
I was very active in the ICD 9 to ICD 10 Transition process, all the way from assisting customers crosswalk the diagnosis from the ICD 9 to ICD 10 to assisting them with the new codes on physician orders, MDS, and billing claims
