The Company sells and services customers through multi-channels and well diversified network of Canara Bank and HSBC, located in Tier 1, 2 and 3 cities of the country. It also has a vast portfolio of life insurance solutions and offers various products across individual and group space comprising of life, health, online term plans, retirement solutions, credit life and employee benefit segments through direct, digital, agency model. Roles and Responsibilities:-
My major role of testing is under UAT part.
Understanding the change request ( BRD/FRD) and creating the high level test cases based on that.
Perform UAT test cases and capture the functionality and providing a detailed walkthrough.
Involved in defect reporting, defect tracking and defect reproducing.

Suncorp is One of Australia's Largest Financial Services offering Home and Motor Insurance, Banking, Life Insurance. The project we handled was a business maintenance project where we worked on multiple releases for enhancement/implementation of regulatory and non-regulatory changes.

Lines of business- Personal Auto, Property Insurance, and Worker compensation. Microfinance Loan Application:-
Micro-Finance management software provides a full range of tools that helps to manage all the client data including loan grants, investors, and the whole transaction process. Microfinance products categorized into group loans and individual loans. In loan banking loan officer check the eligibility criteria of customer and documents through AI(Artificial Intelligence).Customer details are again cross verified by cibil report and then finally discuss office credits loan amount to customers account. Project overview:- It is Web application. The goal of the project is to maintain all activities of Insurance System. Any customer without visiting to the office manually he can view the policy details as: Policy amounts, Policy Premium dates, Bonus details and etc. through web. The main purpose of the project is any customer can pay the premium amount in any branch and they can pay the amount through online. Roles and Responsibilities:-
Leading a team of dedicated QA member to improve the Quality of the product.
Active participation in requirement changes from client team with complex flexi queries to help define acceptance test criteria.
Created and executed automation test scripts to test the complete flow of the application.
Tracking production issues raised by the end users and ensured they are tracked till closure.
Involved in Production deployment activities.
Performing defect reporting, defect tracking and defect reproducing.
Working closely with Product owner and Business to understand the expected product requirement.
Worked in Jenkins to manage the regression script on multiple environments during release of every new enhancement.
Testing on PROTECT (Mainframe) and IDP (insurance broking system) for multiple brands.
