2014 6 June, I sold the Ironwood Eye Care practice and building and went out on disability due to need of total arthroplasty/ shoulder replacement Left shoulder ( 1984 biking accident caught up with me) and numerous Orthopedic surgeries and affixed attachments would no longer allow practice of Optometry, combined with need for complete Rotator Cuff Surgery Right shoulder. Extensive rehab of Left and Right shoulders has restored almost all range ofnmotion and to minimal Levels of pain and am now able to function once again. Return to practice in February 2021 caring for primarily Native Americans: 1-2 days per week. Continuing Education for OD AZ License Renewal due 11-18-2025 is already up to date with 48 hours of COPE approved CE on record. Professional CPR is current and AZ fingerprint background check is current.
