EDUCATION
I have done my diploma in multipurpose health Worker from India in 2022. For my further education, I decided to move to Canada, recently I took my admission in Personal Support Worker.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
● Asses observe and record of patient's general health conditions.
● Coordinate with residents and other multidisciplinary healthcare Professional for creating and evaluating individualised care plans for residents.
●Address emotional and psychological needs of the residents.
●Not any work which you have no experience.
●Never share residents medical information with other.
●Maintain records and residentss medical histories on residents chart.
●Be alert and observant on every aspect of resident care including diet, physical activities and psychosocial interactions.
●Review medications and treatments of residents indicated by their general health conditions and response to treatment.
●Work under the supervision of RN.
●Supporting resident with social and physical activities as well as basics such as eating and drinking.
●Guide properly and talk politely.
●Help the residents to live independently.
