Recently returned home my full-time missionary service in the Midwest. April 2020 to November 2022
1. As a Team Member Trainer I would train new team members on all positions (Front of house and back of house). I would evaluate and mentor them until they graduated from their initial training period. I was also expected to correct other team members to insure the proper protocols and procedures were done the right way.
2. I worked my way up from a team member to a trainer relatively quickly. I also was recognized as Team Member of the month back in 2022
