KEY RESPONSIBILITY
• Leading staff and doing staff attendance registers.
• Enforcing health and safety protocols for workers and animals, minimizing risks, and adhering to relevant regulations.
• Tracking egg production, collection, and quality to ensures optimal yield and production quality.
• Implement biosecurity protocols to prevent the spread of diseases and protect the health of the laying.
• Manage feed and supplies inventory, ensuring availability while minimizing wastage.
• Planning, organization, leading and control of all aspects assigned in order to achieve all production standards.
• Maintaining accurate record related to egg production, health status feed consumption and other relevant metrics.
• Addressing and resolving any issues that arising such as diseases, out breaker equipment malfunctions or personnel conflicts.

POULRY BROILER
• Prepare chicken houses and sanitize according to the farm standard.
• Offload and place chickens as quickly as possible to prevent mortalities.
• Check the temperature from day 1 to day 14 by performing numerous spot checks daily.
• Provide good quality water on daily basics by cleaning drinkers.
• Turn the sawdust to eliminate ammonia.
• Observe house ventilation by opening and closing the curtains during operation.
• Weigh the chickens once a week to monitor the required weight.
• Allow the chickens to free-range.
• Daily record keeping.
• Feeding the chickens according to feed requirement.
• Reporting equipment failures in the houses to the assistant farmer
• Follow biosecurity procedure by equipment’s, poultry houses and foot bath. NURSERY PRODUCTION
• Sow seeds and micro-greens according to the market plan.
