In June 2020, I completed my medical training at the People’s friendship university Russia(RUDN) with honors, subsequently I started my postgraduate training at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Nigeria. I had an extensive integrated healthcare delivery training through 4 major medical fields- internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics& gynecology, pediatrics as well as human centered research designs.I have a strong interest in cardiovascular medicine and health systems. I have been involved in 60 cardiothoracic surgeries and procedures as open repair of abdominal aorta aneurysm, coronary angioplasty, tube thoracostomy. Work with the Director of research & safety at INOVA to design and conduct independent quantitative research. Specifically, I've been engaged in analyzing the regression correlation between geriatric syndrome and cardiovascular risk within a significant cohort of more than 10,000 participants. This involved utilizing advanced multivariate analysis techniques including but not limited to logistic regression, propensity score matching in SAS, R Studio, as well as machine learning algorithms for meticulous data cleaning and manipulation of extensive datasets, ensuring precision in study outcomes and facilitating informed decision-making. By transforming complex data into binary variables, I mitigated issues of misclassification and confounding, thereby ensuring robust statistical model control.

Successfully delivered platform-level code enhancements to existing analysis, optimizing performance and functionality through backend component development using machine learning

I assessed and managed 15-20 patients with chronic Kidney Disease in our 10-bed dialysis Centre daily, managing dialysis complications as disequilibrium syndrome and contrast reactions in collaboration with the dialysis nurses

3) Independent Passage of Tube thoracostomies for Hemo/pneumothorax associated with traumatic chest injuries, Tuberculosis, Breast cancer, bronchogenic tumours with repair following tumor extirpation

4) Reconstruction of Esophagus arising from acid burn

a.I was involved in the post operative management of patients following heart surgeries, monitoring invasive and peripheral blood pressure, chest drain, oxygenation levels
