TITLE - ( 3D CHAIN TESTER prototype – BMW drive chain ) For cost reduction

Project identified as fully automated drive chain final tester that can detect nonexistence of “o” ring, unriveted connecting pins and nonexistence of rollers between inner plate and outer plate of the drive chain.

Mentioned prototype increased the productivity of final chain inspection 40 chains/hr instead of 15 chains /hr (manually).

After the success of proto trial, device installed in chain assembly and helpful in man power utilization.

TITLE – ( PIN HEIGHT SORTING FIXTURE )

Project identified as semi-automated pin height sorting fixture that can perform sorting process of mixed spillage pins in the final output.

The device can spot up to 60 pins/min instead of 15pins/min (manually) from the output of 1500pins/min in servo pin cutting.
