• Conducting assistance for any position needing to be filled for Delano Union School District. Setton Farms, New York, NY - One of America’s largest pistachio growers and an expert in growing, harvesting, processing manufacturing and packaging of pistachios.
Production Supervisor (Huelling and Raw Processing), Terra Bella, CA 1/2018 – 4/2024 This facility is 300,000 sq. ft. and employs 800 associates during harvest and 400 through-out the rest of the season.
• Brought onboard the company to help them drive and improve companies KPI’s on 3rd shift.
• Supervised teams in the seasonal huelling process; consisting of washing/drying raw product, separating out quality of product from floats and opened shells, monitored storage process in the silo level. Ensure moisture levels were at desired specs in order to run through further processing.
• Supervised teams from 20 to 100 members at a time with 1 to 4 direct leads.
• Improved overall employment engagement in safety through monitoring, educating, coaching.
• Oversaw overall process in raw production to ensure product specifications were met throughout the shift.
• Helped prioritized action items around automation and robotics of packaged goods from sizes of 25lb to 1000 sack loads.
