With GTL I was the sole point superintendent for a three level, five story, ground up addition to the Hudson River Museum located along the Hudson River in Yonkers New York. With Mega Contracting I was the Lead Superintendent on a 130,000 square foot Senior Housing Project
(essential) in Jamaica Queens, New York. I oversaw operations from initial excavation, through TCO. With Omnibuild, I was one of two lead Superintendents on the company's largest project to date (600+ Million). The client was the developer HFZ, in association with Six Sense Hotel group. The project spanned over a city-wide block while overseeing construction of ongoing deep foundation operations, the erecting of the west 36 story residential superstructure and a 6 story Commercial/Retail superstructure. My first two plus years with Cava Construction, I was the sole Superintendent in lower Manhattan, building a 30-story hotel for Hilton Gardens. The initial five years with Hudson Meridian was spent performing superintendent duties on CM tasks for NYC-EDC throughout Manhattan, as part of a 200-mil contract. The last two years with the company, I was again one of two lead superintendents on a 300 mil Residential/Hotel for Toll Brothers and Starwood Hotels, located just south of the Brooklyn Bridge. I was a superintendent for Turner Construction for ten years, working on projects which included a warehouse retrofit for a Staples state-of-the-art distribution center in Maybrook, NY; new construction and renovations for area school districts; an 8-story pre-cast parking garage for the Albany government sector and a 3-year multi-diverse development project for the Dept. of Military and Naval Affairs at an upstate NY Armory, under the blanket of OGS.
