My name is Minkoué Thérèse Daphnée. I am a Cameroonian citizen living in Cameroon presently. I wish to have a part time online job to increase my revenue for my future projects. I obtained my GCE ADVANCED LEVEL at the age of 16, and my Bachelor's degree at the age of 19 and presently I work as a Receptionist. When I started working, I was still going to the university. I welcome and receive customers as soon as they arrive . I strongly communicate with each customer who comes in, in order to know what he/she wants. I respond to their inquiries and direct them to where, when and what they are there for.
Also, I pick up the phone to answer the customer when ever he/she calls. I make reservations for clients when there make an appointment.
Since, it is an optical cabinet, I help the customer in choosing their classes frames. Equally, as I speak English and French, it is easy for me to communicate with any body who speaks these languages.
